Fintrate’s roles

Fintrate LTD is the controller for account administration, billing, support, consent, security and its own service operations. When a customer submits message or recipient data solely for an instructed diagnostic, Fintrate may also process that data on the customer’s behalf. The customer remains responsible for having a lawful basis and authorization for submitted data.

Processing scope

Deliverlens processes account identity and sessions, API keys and usage, submitted email, domain and IP identifiers, received test-message data, diagnostic evidence, support requests, billing references, consent records and operational logs. Processing is limited to providing, securing, supporting and improving the contracted service and meeting legal duties.

Providers and transfers

Stripe hosts payment-card entry. Configured infrastructure, email, DNS and reputation providers support service delivery, and Google Analytics is optional on the public website after consent. Providers receive only the data needed for their function and are subject to appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards where required.

Security, retention and assistance

Deliverlens uses scoped credentials, access controls, validation, audit records, encryption and bounded retention. Fintrate supports reasonable requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objections and incidents as applicable. Customers requiring a separate data-processing agreement can contact Fintrate with their organization and intended processing scope.
