Scope and audience
This policy covers Deliverlens Academy tutorials, guides, reference articles, blog posts and FAQ answers. Each format has a distinct reader task. A service page explains a product capability; a tutorial teaches one reproducible task; a guide connects a wider workflow; a reference article explains a concept; and an FAQ gives a concise product answer.
Authorship and commercial relationship
Deliverlens is built by Fintrate. Organizational bylines describe accountable product publishing, not an invented individual biography or credential. Product calls to action may link to Deliverlens tools or plans. They do not change the evidence standard or turn a product claim into an independent endorsement.
One lesson, one useful outcome
A lesson should solve a distinct practical problem. It needs a worked example, a way to validate the observation, common failure cases and a sensible next step. A topic title or short brief is not a completed tutorial.
Sources and real review records
Technical claims should link to primary standards or the relevant provider’s current documentation. Publication requires an accountable review record and approval. We do not claim independent human review, professional credentials or a new review date without that work actually occurring.
Technical, editorial and language review
A technical review checks protocol and provider claims against the cited source revision. Editorial review checks structure, limitations, rights and search presentation. A non-English version also requires a language review of meaning, terminology, examples and links. The release record belongs to the exact content, locale and source version.
Automation and accountability
Automation may help organize drafts, identify missing fields, produce candidate translations and detect source-manifest changes. It does not create a human review record. An authorized operator must inspect the complete saved revision and make the publication decision.
Drafts are not search landing pages
Editorial previews are explicitly labeled and excluded from indexing. Planned topics have no public article page. Published translations must reflect reviewed content in that language rather than indexing an English fallback under multiple locale URLs.
Corrections and material updates
When a standard, provider requirement or example changes, the lesson needs a substantive check and a recorded correction. Modification dates describe actual changes, not a cosmetic freshness signal. Use Contact to report an issue without sharing private messages or credentials.
Diagnostic and editorial limits
Content explains bounded observations. It does not guarantee delivery, prove mailbox ownership, cover every blocklist or provider, or promise BIMI logo display. Unknown, partial and unavailable evidence remains visible instead of being rewritten as a pass.
