Who is responsible
Fintrate LTD operates Deliverlens and is responsible for personal data used to manage the website, accounts, billing, support and service security. Fintrate LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 15421359 at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Data we process
Depending on how you use Deliverlens, we process account and contact details, authentication and session records, API keys and usage, plan and billing references, submitted email addresses, domains and IP addresses, received test-message content and headers, diagnostic results, support requests, consent choices, device information, IP addresses and operational logs. Stripe receives payment-card details directly.
Why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide requested diagnostics, enforce plan limits, process and reconcile purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability and meet legal obligations. The applicable legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent for optional analytics, and compliance with law.
Providers and disclosures
Data is shared only where needed to operate Deliverlens, complete a requested check, process a payment, protect users or comply with law. This can include Stripe for billing, configured DNS and reputation providers for diagnostics, infrastructure and email providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. Google Analytics is used on the public website only after consent.
Retention and deletion
Public test capabilities expire. The current service removes raw email data after 14 days and diagnostic database records after 30 days, subject to operational recovery and legal requirements. Account, security, consent, support and billing records are retained only as long as needed for the account, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable law. Password-confirmed account deletion is available in the customer application.
International transfers and security
Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, Fintrate uses an applicable transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards. Access controls, encryption, restricted service credentials, audit records and retention jobs reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority. Use the Deliverlens contact page or write to Fintrate LTD at the registered address to make a request.
Changes to this policy
Fintrate may update this policy when the service, providers or law changes. Material changes are reflected on this page and, where required, communicated through the service. The current policy version used by checkout is 2026-10-23.
