Who provides Deliverlens

Deliverlens is provided by Fintrate LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15421359. Its registered address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using Deliverlens, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Cookie, Acceptable Use, and Refund and Cancellation policies.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API keys, and notify Fintrate if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that each user and integration has appropriate permission.

Authorized use

Use Deliverlens only for email addresses, domains, IP addresses, messages and sending systems that you own or are authorized to assess. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, address harvesting, credential testing, unsolicited messaging, harmful automation, security bypasses or attempts to access private network resources.

Diagnostics and service limits

Deliverlens reports bounded evidence available at the time of a check. Results can be partial, delayed or unavailable because DNS, mailbox providers, reputation sources and other third parties change independently. Deliverlens does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, mailbox existence, BIMI logo display or coverage of every reputation source.

Plans, usage and payment

Published plans, service allowances, API limits and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled; one-time packs do not renew. Card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by Deliverlens. Taxes or currency conversions may apply where shown during checkout.

Cancellation and suspension

You can manage an eligible subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fintrate may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements or address non-payment or harmful use.

Content and intellectual property

Deliverlens, its software and its original content belong to Fintrate LTD or its licensors. You retain rights in material you submit and grant Fintrate the limited permission needed to receive, process, secure and delete it for the requested service. Do not submit material you are not entitled to use.

Third-party trademarks

Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Availability and liability

Fintrate works to keep Deliverlens available and accurate, but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintrate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts unless mandatory law gives you another right. These Terms may be updated; the version accepted during checkout is recorded with the order.
