What to Do When Deliverlens Shows an Analyzer Error
An analyzer error means Deliverlens could not finish processing the message cleanly. It does not automatically mean your sender configuration is broken.
Common causes
- Oversized or truncated messages
- Malformed MIME structure
- Corrupted raw message capture
- Temporary parsing or dependency failures during analysis
First checks
- Re-run the test with a fresh inbox.
- Check whether the original message was unusually large or attachment-heavy.
- Compare the raw message source with a simpler control message.
- Confirm the issue is reproducible before escalating.
When to contact support
- The same template fails repeatedly
- Multiple clean test messages hit the same analyzer error
- The report cannot show any checks at all
When you escalate, include the test token, sender, approximate send time, and whether the message had attachments or custom MIME generation.
