Improve Subject Lines and Content Quality

Content warnings become more important once the sender identity is already healthy.

Watch for these patterns

  • Overly aggressive or deceptive subject lines
  • Empty or image-only email bodies
  • Missing plain-text alternative
  • Content that looks unlike the sending brand

Better defaults

  • Keep the subject clear and specific
  • Include real readable body text
  • Provide both HTML and plain text when possible
  • Match the tone and domains your recipients expect

If content warnings disappear only when you completely rewrite the message, the original version was probably pushing too hard on trust or clarity.
